How do you feel about a new ballpark for the Collge World Series in the North downtown development area?  I am personally for a new ballpark and the boo-birds will usually back down once the project is built.  I don't mind paying an extra $.10 per beer for something nice for the city of Omaha.  Yes Rosenblatt has a lot of tradition but that lives on in the hearts of the fans and the players.  North downtown is a better fit for the ballpark because of the hotels, restaraunts and bars plus a LOT more parking.
