The night's remaining under card fights will bring together the absolute best fighters that the VFC has had over the last twenty two events and will feature some of the most exciting match ups that any Mixed Martial Art fan could ever crave! Mixed Martial Arts is a mixture of all the martial art styles and is the convergence of striking, grappling and submission techniques, allowing fighters to use a variety of different disciplines to defeat their opponent. Fighters can win by knockout, forcing their opponent to tap out (submit) or by referee stoppage, and are held in an ominous 20' x 20' steel cage. The competitors are all trained athletes, and all of the matches are fully sanctioned by the Iowa State Athletic Commission.
