The Opening Celebration begins Friday, June 13 2008 at 9 a.m. Omaha and the NCAA treat fans to a day full of baseball, games, music and fireworks to celebrate the end of the Road to Omaha and the beginning of the 2008 NCAA Men's College World Series. There's no charge for any event and no ticket is required. The day's activities will conclude with a fireworks extravaganza.

Please Note: Public parking will not be allowed on Rosenblatt grounds during Opening Ceremonies.

NCAA Men's College World Series Fan Fest

This fun-filled, interactive area allows fans to experience the thrills, excitement and spirit of college baseball and other NCAA sporting events while learning about the Corporate Champions and Partners who support NCAA championships.
10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Team Autograph Sessions Powered by Pontiac
Concourse of Rosenblatt Stadium
Approximately one-half hour after the completion of their practice, each College World Series team will sign autographs for 30 minutes. Free autograph cards are available and the first 60 kids at each session will receive a free Rawlings baseball.

Southeast parking lot of Rosenblatt Stadium
Hear Omaha's best local bands and featured national recording artist, Candlebox, perform against a backdrop of Rosenblatt Stadium. There's no better way to get pumped up for the 2008 NCAA Men's College World Series.
